House prices set to rise again this year
International economists have indicated that house prices are set for another increase this year in the UK. This comes even with the interest rate rises in th efirst quarter which shows little likely hood of cooling the rises.

"The pressures of imigration and the continual move away from the nuclear family all lead to more housing being required" says Jim Baker. "The buliding program in place for the UK will not be able cope with the demand at current levels" Britain has some of the highest pricing in the world and warnings that interest rates may have to rise further to cool the housing market.
